Lehigh Valley Teen Steps Up as a Hero
May 22, 2020
Amidst the tight tensions in quarantine, a group of local teens have banded together to manufacture face shields which they have donated around the Lehigh Valley Area. The group of teens have been able to donate roughly 150 face shields and anticipate producing more in the near future. In association with HARP, a company founded by Parkland High School’s Harper Chisari, the group consists of students from both Parkland and Liberty High School. The face shields manufacturing group consist of Carter Sachse, Jack Ryan Hansen, Hunter Hillanbran, Zachary Bingama, Marcus Neff, Chris Dalton, and Aimy Hebberecht, to name a few. These students were able to produce face shields with the assistance of the JSD of LHV who had allowed the group to use its Dremel 3D40 to print out the face shields.
